JoltoraA note to parents and guardians
We want Joltora to be a place you are comfortable letting your child play. This page explains what we sell, how we moderate, and what we need from you.
What is sold
Only cosmetic items: chat tags and colours, particles, hats, pets and similar visual extras. Nothing we sell makes a player stronger, richer or faster, or gives them more land. Free players and paying players have the same chances in every game.
No loot boxes, no gambling-style features
We do not sell random rewards of any kind: no crates, keys, mystery boxes or spin wheels. Every item and price is shown before purchase. We do not use countdown timers, "last chance" messages or in-game purchase pop-ups.
Purchases by under-18s
- Anyone under 18 must have a parent or guardian's permission before buying.
- Payments are processed by Stripe using the payment method of the person paying. Please keep your cards and accounts secured.
- If your child bought something without permission, contact us quickly at scwunge@ender.bio. See the refund policy.
- Tip: consider a spending limit, and check your payment statements regularly.
Chat and moderation
- On Survival and the minigames, public chat is filtered and logged, and staff can mute and ban. See the rules.
- All the Mods 10 is a separate whitelisted server that players apply to join. The network chat filter does not run there.
- Chat logs are kept so we can investigate reports. See the Privacy Policy.
- We remind players never to share real names, addresses, schools or phone numbers.
- Our Discord is a separate platform with its own rules. Discord requires users to be at least 13 (or the minimum age in their country).
- Ranks do not make anyone exempt from the rules, and punishments cannot be bought out.
Your child's data
We keep very little: a username, game ID, IP address (for bans and security), chat logs and purchase records, plus the answers on the form if your child applies for All the Mods 10. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the age required in your country) without verifiable parental consent. You can ask to see or delete your child's data at any time at scwunge@ender.bio.
