You can upgrade between ranks by paying only the difference.
Season pass, subscription and tips
- Season pass ($7.99 per season): the cosmetic premium track of the in-game
/pass. Everyone gets the free track (crate keys and medals, earned by playing). The premium track adds particle trails, hats, a keepsake medal and a season trophy. Progress is earned by playing: you cannot buy tiers to skip ahead, every reward is listed in advance and nothing is random. Season 1 runs to 28 February 2027 and the pass ends with it. One pass per name per season. - Network Supporter subscription ($4.99 per month): the Supporter cosmetics for as long as you subscribe. Cancel any time and keep them to the end of the month you paid for. A cosmetic of the month and a supporters list are planned Planned and not built yet. See Refunds & Cancellations.
- Tip ($1 to $100, you choose): a thank-you towards server costs. It unlocks nothing.
Cosmetics are visual only. Pets cannot fight or pick up items, and particles and hats must not block other players' view. A particle trail is an effect that follows you as you walk. A hat is a small model on your head; a pet follows you around. They are meant to work on Java and Bedrock.
How to buy
- Open our store at https://joltora.com/store-info.html.
- Enter your exact Minecraft name. Bedrock players include the dot at the start (for example
.Steve). Join the server once with that name first if you can. - Pay securely. Payments are handled by Stripe, a third-party payment provider, which shows the payment methods available to you. We never see or store your card details.
- Your cosmetic is applied in game, usually within a few minutes. If you have never joined, it waits and is added the first time you do. If something is wrong, contact us.

Refunds: ask within 14 days if something was not delivered or you bought the wrong thing or name, and we will fix it or refund you. A refunded perk is taken off your account. Full details in Refunds & Cancellations.
